Every supporter of our app, like you, helps us reach more kids who need our help. We are sorry to hear our app is not meeting your expectations and we’d really like to understand why. If you’d like to share more detail on how you were using it, and how your child reacted I’d be happy to give you my best advice.
Unfortunately, we can't unsubscribe you from the app since all the payments go through Apple. Technically, you are not our customer, but Apple's. In fact, there are no buttons for canceling subscriptions available to us from Apple.
Here's how you cancel your subscription:
1. Go to your device (iPhone or iPad) Settings
2. Select iTunes & App Store
3. Tap your Apple ID (your email address)
4. View Apple ID
6. Change or cancel your subscriptions
If you are on iOS version 12.1.4 or 12.2 (beta), you can manage your subscription quickly by:
- Opening the App Store
- Tap your profile (photo at the top right corner)
- Click on 'Manage Subscriptions'
If you do not see the "Cancel Subscription" button, this means it has already been canceled. Instead, you will see an "Expires [date]" listed in the subscription description in the Your Subscription section on that page, with renewal options below. If you don't see any subscription under "Active" tab, then you are not subscribed to Speech Blubs.
Please have in mind that according to Apple guidelines, you should cancel your subscription at least 24h before the end of your actual subscription period, otherwise auto-renewal will give you a new subscription (this applies also to the free trial). If you were wrongly charged and would like to request a refund, learn how to do it here.
